Next Internet is seeking an energetic and flexible individual to join our CPC advertising marketplace startup, and help us develop additional distribution channels for advertising.  The goal of this company is to build the #1 “PUSH” click marketplace.  We are already profitable and scaling quickly.

In this position, you will report directly to the Director of New Initiatives and will be responsible for managing projects requiring a variety of different marketing disciplines including, marketing strategy, media buying, product marketing and data analysis. You will also work very closely with cross-functional teams within the product, operations and technology groups to help achieve the overall business unit goals.

Responsibilities:

·        Initiate and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple distribution channels (display, email, etc…) 

·    Develop business requirements for new products and technology to drive improved performance across the various campaigns

·    Analyze and report on business performance for WJ management team

·    Help develop and refine long-term strategies for improving the overall effectiveness of Webjuice advertising

·    Build effective working relationships with others inside and outside the organization

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, 1-3 years Internet marketing experience preferred

·    Strong problem solving and data analysis skills

·    Excellent oral and written communication skills

·    High level of attention to details

·    Proficiency with HTML coding, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

·    Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

·        Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
