Product Manager at Next Internet in San Francisco, CA
Next Internet creates, builds and operates Internet businesses. We are well-funded and have an experienced management team that has built several highly successful internet companies.
Next Internetis seeking a full-time Product Manager for one of our fast growing companies in San Francisco. Your role would be to drive the campaign analysis and optimization of various product releases for both new and existing products.
In addition, you will be responsible for ongoing analysis and optimization aspects of the product throughout the product lifecycle, including: data and performance analysis, creating design concepts to optimize results and returns, and working with engineering to successfully implement and refine the product. You will work very closely with cross-functional teams within the product marketing, technology and campaign management areas to grow our overall product strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Work across the organization to develop the product roadmap and ensure that business objectives and financial targets are met
- Define product requirements including writing requirements documentation
- Develop innovated product designs and features to improve product line returns
- Work with engineering, creative, and management teams to bring products live to market
- Analyze product performance and manage the optimization of the product throughout the entire lifecycle
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree required
- 2-3 years of product management experience, preferably in the internet marketing industry
- Experience developing web/Internet/email based products and/or services a plus
- Demonstrated ability to transform design requirements into a product vision and implementation pipeline
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with web analytics
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on the development of internet/software technology
